On the first day of Christmas, my true love gave to me: Winter in the heart of Yorkshire, gazing across to the iconic Castle Hill. Icicles have formed overnight on the farmhouse, and the pale sky hints at the chill in the air. Don’t forget your hat and gloves if you’re out for a walk – you’ll see your breath hanging in the frosty morning light.
