Kilnsey Crag, the majestic lions head that overlooks Wharfedale represents to me the epitome of what a man can achieve when taken to the limits; it encapsulates the strength and magnitude of the county and its people.

The lions head is one of my favourite sculptures of all time, sculptured from stone by Mother Nature herself. I also believe that it is not by chance that the lion, who is the emblem of Great Britain, shows her head so magnificently in the heart of Yorkshire.
