Returns & Refunds 

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives, you can choose to have a refund or exchange. Plus we will refund your postage and packaging.

Returned products that are not faulty must be in a unused condition and in their original packaging and tags, we must be contacted prior to the good being returned to us and goods must be returned within 14 days, we will refund the cost of the item/s but unfortunately not the postage and packing.

Paint days are non refundable should the recipient be unable to attend, where possible we will attempt to place the recipient on another day of the same year as booked. If this is not suitable, then the recipient may alternatively ' gift' the paint day to a friend. The Gallery must be informed of this intention, as only booked recipients will be allowed on the paint day. 

Missing or Lost Items 

Remember, the item is not classified as ‘lost’ until it has been missing for 15 working days. For a Special Delivery™ item, the period is 10 days, for an international item, it is 30 days. After these periods you can submit a claim to us at Ashley Jackson (Art Crafts) Limited.
