Ashley Jackson Chase's Light North to Newcastle with exhibition at The Biscuit Factory
Ashley is excited to be exhibiting an exclusive collection at The Biscuit Factory Newcastle a contemporary space that is both warm and vibrant. He mentions that he is always humbled by the genuine warm reception he receives in Newcastle.
Unveiled on the 18th October will be a number of previously unseen paintings, the focus of which will be “Chasing Light” giving its title to the exhibition having seen it I can say it is an impressive watercolour in both atmosphere and proportions at over 4ft x 3ft. A further dominance to the collection will be two panoramic moorland fires capturing the burning embers billowing up into the sky with the bright flames dancing across the landscape – a harsh reality to the uncontrollable force of nature.
