Shipping policy

We aim to have your goods dispatched to you as soon as possible. Goods will be sent by Royal Mail first or second class signed for depending on delivery costings, thus we anticipate that you will receive your goods within 7 working days of placing your order.(UK only).

Where the item purchased is a large print or Limited edition (postage £12.50 or over) once packaged it will be sent by DHL on express delivery.

Our website provides postal costs for within the United Kingdom

We offer an International delivery service using DHL. Orders for outside of the United Kingdom will incur additional charges. Should you require a quotation please email claudia@ashley-jackson with the items that you wish to purchase and the delivery address, individual postage will be calculated for your destination and a paypal invoice raised for payment should you wish to
proceed with the order.

If your delivery address is not within the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and delivery service charges, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must bear any such additional charges for customs clearance. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country: Ashley Jackson Gallery refers to each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Shipping costs for international orders and any taxes incurred are non-refundable.

Please be aware that we are reliant on Royal Mail Services and DHL delays although infrequent may occur, particularly during busy times of the year.

Where you have ordered an item that is currently out of stock, we will email to advise you when we anticipate the item will be available and your order will be despatched as soon as the item becomes available. We will e-mail you to let you know when your order has been despatched. Delivery will be within 5 -7 working days from the date of the fulfilment e-mail (UK Only). Rest assured we will be in touch to communicate at all stages of the order process.

We hand pick your order and personally wrap it within our signature paper, thus during busy periods this make take a little time, we wish to ensure everything is perfect before we send it out.
It is truly a personal service and we aim for a customer experience we would wish for ourselves.

Returns and exchanges

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives, it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. You can choose to have a refund or exchange. Plus we will refund your postage and packaging

Upon delivery of your product, please check it very carefully and report any problems immediately as we will not be held liable for visible defects identified after 48 hours of delivery.

When our clients purchase online they are protected thus you are able to return goods you are not happy with. Returned products that are not faulty must be in a unused condition and in their original packaging and tags, we must be contacted prior to the goods being returned to us and they must be returned within 14 days. We will refund the cost of the item/s but unfortunately not the postage and packing

For your safety we would suggest utilising a signed for service to return your goods, with a proof of postage as the goods remain your property until they are received at the gallery.

Framing

Occasionally we may be required to use alternative frame mouldings from that which is displayed on the website.We will endeavour to keep you informed of the change but be assured we will always ensure the quality and compatability of the new frame and should we feel that there can be no substitute we will await a new order of our existing moulding should it be possible.

Colour Reproduction

We have attempted to ensure there is as near a colour reproduction as possible for the images that you see on the website but unfortunately there will be variations from screen type, laptop, mobile phone or hand held device compared to the printed version.
