Returns & Refunds
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped.If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives,it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.You can choose to have a refund or exchange.Plus we will refund your postage and packaging.
Upon delivery of your product, please check it very carefully and report any problems immediately as we will not be held liable for visible defects identified after 48 hours of delivery.
When our clients purchase online they are protected thus you are able to return goods you are not happy with. Returned products that are not faulty must be in a unused condition and in their original packaging and tags, we must be contacted prior to the goods being returned to us and they must be returned within 14 days. We will refund the cost of the item/s but unfortunately not the postage and packing. For your safety we would suggest utilising a signed for service to return your goods,with a proof of postage as the goods remain your property until they are received at the gallery in an undamaged resaleable condition.

Please be aware during an exhibition launch or Christmas these times may vary and it may take us a little longer to respond to your query, but rest assured we will be working hard to respond to your enquiry as quickly as possible.
We cannot be held liable for conditions of use or storage within the customers house after delivery which may affect the product in any way.
